Returns & refunds

If anything arrives damaged, short-dated or not as ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll refund or replace it straight away — no need to send it back. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 working days.

Changed your mind? Unopened non-food items (household and toiletries) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; email us for a returns label. For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of food or drink unless faulty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
