Where is my order?

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If it's been more than 5 working days, contact us.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched. Email us straight away with the order number.

Can you send a mixed box / hamper?

Yes — add whatever you like to the basket and we pack it together. Email us if you want a gift note included.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes, we're a convenience store on Victoria Road, Ferndown, Dorset, open 7am–10pm every day.
