Privacy policy

Ferndown Stores Ltd is the data controller for this website.

What we collect and why

When you place an order we use your name, address, email and phone number to deliver it and to send order updates. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; Ferndown Stores never stores full card numbers. If you contact us we keep your message to respond to it. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs for security.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie/local storage entry to remember your basket. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights
